2013 Not Quite Legal Film Festival

New Jersey students between the ages of 14 and 21 are invited to submit original films to the Not Quite Legal Film Festival. The NQL Film Festival, now in its fifth year, presents a juried selection of films written and directed by young New Jersey filmmakers. There is no entry fee.

Entry requirements: The film must be an original work; it must be at least four minutes and no more than 20 minutes in length, the film must be submitted in two formats: 1) a working link to an online video of the entry and 2) a DVD of the film submitted along with the completed entry form by US Mail to the Trenton Film Society.
